Product parts warranty claims are for 21 days from the date of purchase with the exceptions of OEM processors (CPUs) and memory modules, which is 14 days. Contact the manufacturer directly concerning warranty claims after 21 days. All parts submitted for warranty must be returned in the condition they were sold, any physical damage or sign of over clocking will void the warranty.
All CPU, memory (RAM), IBM, and COMPAQ PRODUCT ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE, DOA replacement only.

If there is a case of a defective product, we will pay to ship the replacement back to you, via UPS ground if you live in the continental U.S. Customers can pay for any express shipping if needed. Customers outside the continental US must pay for the shipping both ways under all conditions – unless there is mutually accepted WRITTEN agreement to the contrary. There are many manufacturers who will allow us to do a cross ship when requested by a customer. Credit cards must be used to secure all cross ships. The customer is responsible to ship the defective product back to us within two weeks. Any delay may result in the manufacturer voiding the RMA.
